​目前任職於泰國溫室氣體管理組織，負責泰國自願市場發展，推廣碳標籤機制與公私部門減量活動。

Miss Sumon Sumetchoengprachya is the Director of the Carbon Business Office, Thailand Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization) (TGO), which is a national body acting as a DNA for CDM projects and promoting all activities related to greenhouse gas mitigation in Thailand. She is responsible for developing a voluntary carbon market for Thailand and promoting Carbon Label Scheme and mitigation activities in public and private sectors.

Before joining TGO, Sumon worked with Thailand Environment Institute (TEI), an environmental non-governmental organization, as a senior research fellow. She was assigned to be a project manager and researcher in several environmental and sustainable development policy research studies.

Sumon holds a Master degree from Natural Resources and Environmental Economics Program, the Faculty of Economic, Chulalongkorn University.
